Venue rental prices are set by the Decision of the Council of the Public Institution Cultural and Information Centre „Malesia“ Tuzi, no. 01-116/22 of 14 March 2022.

The rental price includes the appropriate equipment (lighting, sound system, air conditioning, video projector and other equipment), as well as the services of doormen, sound and lighting technicians, cleaning staff, organisers and others.
Without the specific consent of the Council, the Director of the Institution may grant use of the premises free of charge where they assess this to be in the interest of the Institution, where the premises are rented by kindred institutions, humanitarian organisations or institutions financed from the Budget of the Municipality of Tuzi, and where the CIC appears as a co-organiser.
Payment is made via giro account 530-30439-70, NLB Banka. The lessee is required to submit proof of payment before use of the rented premises is permitted.
